The experience felt frustrating and unwelcoming. Repeated CAPTCHA checks made the site a hassle to use and left me unsure how reliable it was. Rather than offering a smooth browsing experience, it kept throwing unnecessary barriers in my way. Overall, I was disappointed and expected a much more user-friendly site from a reputable airline.
