I was eager to give RingCentral a try after seeing its promotional discount, but the experience has been underwhelming. The AI tools that were supposed to make communication easier often turn straightforward tasks into a hassle. The interface feels clunky and unintuitive, which makes it harder to connect with customers effectively. Customer support was disappointing too—I had to wait much too long for a response. Despite the impressive claims, the service itself didn’t meet my expectations. There are plenty of alternatives available, so I can’t recommend RingCentral for dependable communication.
