I recently tried Safelite for a windshield repair, and I was left disappointed. While they promise free mobile service, my car was deemed ineligible for it. Scheduling the appointment was a hassle, and when the technician finally showed up, the repair took much longer than expected. The quality seemed average at best, not the "superior" service they advertised. I wished for better communication and a smoother experience overall. I expected more from a company with such high ratings.
