I was really hopeful about IndieMade, but my experience has been disappointing. The cost feels high for what you get, and it offers fewer features than other platforms I’ve used. Although they advertise excellent tech support, I found the replies slow and not very helpful when I ran into problems. The Etsy integration is handy, but the platform as a whole feels awkward and underwhelming. I expected more for the money and won’t be using IndieMade going forward.
