Sam's Club

I was very disappointed with my experience shopping on Sam’s Club’s website. I couldn’t get into the site because my browser wasn’t supported, which was frustrating. Having to update my browser just to shop seemed unnecessary, and the whole process was confusing. Not working with commonly used browsers made the site feel far from user-friendly. I expected more from a retailer this large, and unfortunately, I couldn’t complete my purchase.
