Too pricey for average households, disappointing service.

I was excited to try U-tec’s smart locks, but I was disappointed. While the installation seemed straightforward, the app’s performance was sluggish and often unresponsive. It frequently disconnected from my WiFi, leaving me locked out more than once. For a product marketed as the "#1 Smart Lock," I expected better reliability. Additionally, the prices feel steep given the inconsistent performance. I regret my purchase and wouldn't recommend it for peace of mind.
