I was excited to try the Brothway subscription, but the experience was disappointing. The flavors were bland, making it hard to enjoy even as a warm drink. Additionally, the subscription service was cumbersome, with multiple shipping delays that left me without my order for weeks. While the idea of artisanally made broth is appealing, the execution did not deliver. I expected more from a product marketed as a healthy alternative.
