I expected a lot from this service, but it didn’t live up to my hopes. Getting started was confusing, and I ran into technical problems that I couldn’t seem to fix. In the end, it was more trouble than it was worth. Very disappointing!

I was looking forward to trying this service, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. The idea of collecting reviews with a single NFC tap is great, but the product doesn’t deliver. Setup was more complicated than promised, and repeated connection problems left my customers frustrated. I also didn’t see the increase in reviews I was expecting. Support was slow to reply and offered little help. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product for growing your business. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
