Dynata

I had high hopes for Dynata, but the experience fell flat. Despite their claims of quality data and extensive reach, the insights I received were generic and unhelpful. The platform felt cumbersome, and the support was lacking when I needed assistance. For a service touted as a leader in the industry, I expected more accuracy and usability. Disappointing.
