I was frustrated while trying to access content on the site. The constant interruptions and the unclear instructions on how to resolve the access issue made for a poor user experience. It felt more like an obstacle course than a straightforward browsing session. I ended up leaving without the information I needed. Better communication and support would be beneficial.
