Overrated, overpriced, and disappointing.

Disappointing experience, lackluster service, noisy environment, not worth the price.

I recently stayed at Generator, hoping for a unique experience, but was disappointed. The hostel vibe made it feel crowded and impersonal. My "modern-rustic" private room was cramped, and despite the hype, the shower didn’t meet my expectations. The industrial decor felt cheap rather than chic, and the staff seemed more interested in their own social scene than assisting guests. Additionally, the frequent push for newsletter sign-ups and discounts felt unprofessional. Overall, not the refreshing stay I anticipated.
