I had high hopes for Virgin Active, but my experience was disappointing. The variety of classes sounded promising, yet many were overcrowded and poorly organized. The trainers, while knowledgeable, seemed overwhelmed and lacked personal attention. The digital training option felt impersonal and disconnected. Additionally, the facility wasn't as clean or well-maintained as expected. Overall, the hype surrounding Virgin Active didn't live up to reality, leaving me underwhelmed and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

The services were underwhelming and the facilities felt outdated. I expected more from a brand promising a unique fitness experience.
