I recently ordered a plant gift for a special occasion and was quite disappointed with the service. The website claims next day delivery, but my order arrived late, which ruined the surprise. The quality of the plant wasn’t great either; it seemed a bit wilted when it finally arrived. Communication was also lacking, as my emails went unanswered. While the idea of personalized gifts is appealing, the execution fell short. I expected more from a supposedly award-winning nursery. I doubt I will use this service again.
