I had high hopes for Renters, but my experience was disappointing. While they promise comprehensive management, the service felt rushed and lacked personalization. My property wasn't showcased as well as expected, leading to fewer bookings than I anticipated. Communication was often delayed, and I encountered issues with maintenance that took longer to resolve than promised. Overall, I expected more professionalism and attention to detail for the fees they charge. Not recommended.
