I was disappointed with the Yale Smart Security ecosystem. The setup process was cumbersome and the app frequently crashed, making it frustrating to manage my devices. Additionally, the promised seamless connectivity fell short, causing delays in locking and unlocking. Overall, it's not worth the investment for peace of mind.
