I had high hopes for my stay with SmartRental, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The apartment, while spacious, was not as clean as advertised, with a few maintenance issues that went unresolved. The promised customer service support felt inadequate when I needed assistance, and the cancellation policy turned out to be less flexible than portrayed. Overall, I expected more for the price, and I wouldn't recommend their services.
