I was disappointed with my experience at AsiAsiA. While they claim to offer a variety of Asian jewelry, the selection felt limited and uninspired. The website design is clunky and uninviting, making it difficult to navigate, especially with JavaScript issues that hindered my browsing. Customer service wasn't particularly helpful either; my inquiries went unanswered for days. Although they have a cute newsletter, it seemed more like a ploy to extract email addresses than to build customer relations. Overall, I expected much more from a store that highlights such unique cultural pieces.
