I had a disappointing experience with RPM Techniek. The website claims to offer high-quality aftermarket parts, but my order was fraught with issues. I submitted my VAT number, which was validated, but then I was hit with unexpected charges due to a supposed error. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to my inquiries. The lack of transparency regarding fees and their strict policies on cancellations left a bad taste. I won’t be ordering from them again.
