I was really disappointed with my experience using Beniconnect. While I expected a good service based on the claims, the shuttle was overcrowded and we had to wait much longer than advertised. The driver was unfriendly and didn’t seem to know the quickest routes. The “Meet & Greet” service was chaotic, and information given was confusing. Overall, it felt disorganized and far from the “first-class” service promised. I won’t be using them again.
