I was disappointed by the tutoring service. Although it advertises 24/7 availability, I often faced long waits and tutors who didn’t respond. The promised step-by-step guidance was inconsistent, and some explanations left me more confused than before. Subject coverage also seemed limited, making it hard to get useful help with advanced topics. Overall, the service didn’t deliver the quality or effectiveness I expected, especially given its bold claims and impressive user numbers.
