I was drawn in by the free address and consolidation, but the experience felt less convenient than advertised. Delivery timing was unclear, arranging customs paperwork added hassle, and I left unsure the savings justified relying on this service.

I personally felt let down by the service: delivery took longer than promised, support was slow, and shipping costs were higher than expected. Updates were confusing, so I wouldn't use it again.
