I had high hopes for Nouvo London, but my experience left much to be desired. The selection of women's fashion felt uninspired, lacking the uniqueness they promised. I struggled to find pieces that felt both stylish and diverse. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive when I reached out with questions. I expected a seamless shopping experience, but the overall vibe was more bland than elegant. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are better options out there.
