Staples offers a disappointing selection and poor customer service. Shopping online was frustrating, and many items were out of stock.

The ergonomic furniture selection was particularly poor, with limited choices available, and customer service was unhelpful. Overall, I expected more and left frustrated. Not the reliable source I hoped for.
