I had high hopes for the BMW Fleet & Business offerings, but my experience has been disappointing. The website promotes an "ultimate" electric driving experience, yet it feels more like marketing fluff than genuine information. The quiz for determining the best car option was overly simplistic, lacking depth and any real guidance. Additionally, the site’s layout is cluttered, making navigation frustrating. I found several links unhelpful, and the customer service response was slower than expected. For a luxury brand, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I expected better from BMW.
