Acme Tools

I was disappointed with my experience at Acme Tools. While they claim to offer expedited shipping, my order took longer than expected to arrive. Customer service was unresponsive, and I felt my inquiries were ignored. Additionally, the pricing wasn't as competitive as they advertised, leaving me feeling misled. I expected more from a supposedly premier retailer. Not impressed.

I was let down by my experience with Acme Tools. They appear to offer a wide selection, but shipping was much slower than promised. I expected my order to ship the same day, yet it took longer than anticipated to process. I also had trouble getting helpful answers from customer service when I reached out with questions. Overall, I don’t plan to shop here again.
