Needed help with my bulk order, received no response.

I contacted customer service for help with a bad order, but received no response at all.

I ordered essential oils for a DIY project, hoping for quality. What arrived was a mismatched assortment, and when I asked for help, it took days to hear back. Their customer service was unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and with incomplete materials.

Poor quality oils, disappointing experience, won't shop here again.
