I had a disappointing experience with J & J Car Sales. The car I purchased had hidden issues, and their customer service was unhelpful. I won't be returning in the future.

I recently stopped by J & J Car Sales hoping for a smooth, stress-free experience, but it didn’t quite deliver. The vehicle selection felt limited, and many of the cars were older and had high mileage. The prices seemed inconsistent, and I didn’t feel I was getting the value I expected. The staff also weren’t as attentive as I’d hoped, and I felt rushed throughout the process. Although they advertise personalized financing options, the service overall was underwhelming. I’d suggest checking out other dealerships nearby.
