Shopping on ZALORA was a frustrating experience. Although there’s a huge range of products, it wasn’t easy to find items of good quality. A few things arrived damaged, and customer service didn’t do much to help sort things out. The website felt cluttered and confusing, so finding what I was looking for was a struggle. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.
