I was disappointed with Distributel's service. Their promotional offers seem enticing, but hidden fees quickly add up. Customer support was unhelpful when I faced issues, and the quality of internet service was inconsistent. I expected much better overall value.

I expected a lot from Distributel, but the service fell short. Customer support was slow and not very helpful, which left me frustrated more than once. I also dealt with frequent outages that weren’t resolved quickly. Their advertised deals look appealing, but extra fees soon pile up and make the service less affordable. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
