I had a disappointing experience with United Mortgage Lending. The application process felt disorganized and slow, with little communication from the team. Although they claim to prioritize customer service, I found it lacking. It took much longer to get my approval than I was told, causing unnecessary stress. Additionally, the resources available on their site were not as helpful as advertised. Overall, I expected better support, especially given their focus on veterans. I wouldn't recommend them for mortgage needs.
