I needed urgent traffic updates for my trip but received nothing helpful. Very disappointing experience.

I was traveling with my family during a storm and needed urgent traffic updates to navigate the Storebæltsbroen. I signed up for SMS alerts, but never received them. When we approached the bridge, chaos ensued. It was frustrating, and the service felt entirely unhelpful during a critical time.
