I was disappointed with my HACENOR purchase. The supposed "lightweight" concentrator felt bulky, and the battery life was not as advertised. Customer service was unresponsive when I had questions about usage. Overall, the product didn't meet my expectations for mobility or convenience, making it a frustrating experience.
