I was optimistic about the wellness program and at-home genetic test, but the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. The information felt overhyped and more like a sales pitch than sound science. Although they offer personalized plans, I found the choices overwhelming and wasn’t convinced they would work. The coaching could have felt warmer and less rehearsed. Claims about reversing aging and boosting energy also seemed overstated. In the end, the program didn’t deliver what it promised, and I was left questioning how credible its methods are. I’d expected more meaningful insights.
