Ordered shoes for special event; uncomfortable.

I ordered a pair of mules hoping they would fit well for my sister's wedding. They arrived late, were incredibly uncomfortable, and didn't match the description at all. I felt embarrassed and disappointed for my sister's special day.

I ordered sandals for an event and received the wrong size. Customer service was unhelpful and my event was ruined.

I ordered shoes based on the size chart but they were too small and customer service was unhelpful.

Products are overpriced and quality does not meet expectations.
