I recently purchased a controller from Nacon, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. While the website boasted about performance and quality, the product I received did not live up to those claims. The build felt cheap, and the responsiveness was lackluster. I also experienced connectivity issues that made gaming frustrating. Customer service was unhelpful, leaving my concerns unresolved. For the price, I expected much better. I won't be shopping here again, as there are far better options available.
