I was disappointed with my experience at Faith Olivia. While they offer a variety of sea moss products, the quality didn't match the hype. The packaging felt cheap and unprofessional, which didn’t bode well for the product's integrity. Additionally, their claims about health benefits seemed overly exaggerated without solid backing. Customer service was unresponsive when I had questions. I expected more from a family-run business, but it fell flat on several fronts.
