I was disappointed by my experience with ASDA Online Doctor. The service felt impersonal and the questionnaire was too vague, leading to a misdiagnosis. Communication was lacking, and I found it challenging to reach someone for follow-up questions. While the convenience of home delivery is appealing, I expected more thorough care. I doubt I’ll use this service again.
