I recently visited Xi Art’s online gallery, and I was quite disappointed. The selection feels limited and lacks the variety that makes browsing enjoyable. Many pieces seem generic, lacking the depth and creativity you'd expect from an art gallery. Additionally, the site structure is confusing, making it difficult to navigate through categories. Customer service options seem minimal, and I found no informative content or engaging community features that would draw me back. Overall, it didn’t inspire me or evoke any interest in purchasing, which is a letdown for an art enthusiast.
