I recently received my Pulse Mastercard and found the transition from my NewDay card to be quite smooth. It’s reassuring to know that my interest rate and credit limit will stay the same, making this change feel seamless. The communication from NewDay was clear and informative, detailing the steps I needed to take, and ensuring I knew exactly what to expect. Although the Pulse card is invitation-only, it’s great to see that existing customers can easily switch without having to go through a new application process. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided.
