I was disappointed by my experience on this site. It’s frustrating to run into a message telling you to upgrade your browser just to access the content. I was using a fairly recent browser, but still had compatibility problems. The Help Center wasn’t very useful, either. Overall, using the site felt like a hassle rather than a smooth, user-friendly experience.
