I had high hopes for Porter Airlines but was let down during my recent experience. The website feels outdated and uninviting, making it difficult to navigate. I encountered issues placing my booking, and the customer support was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated. Although the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, other aspects, like limited baggage options and unclear pricing, made the overall service disappointing. I expected more from a recognized airline.
