I had a disappointing experience with Blue Dart's website. The sign-in process is clunky and confusing, and I faced multiple issues with OTP verification. Information is buried under layers of menus, making it hard to find important services. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. Overall, I expected much better from such a reputed logistics company.
