I was let down by my recent shopping experience at Brownie. The sizing is confusing and doesn’t seem to accommodate a range of body types, so finding the right fit was difficult. I was also overwhelmed by cookie consent pop-ups and nonstop ads. Although the site promotes trendy pieces, it doesn’t offer clear details about its products. Customer service was disappointing, with little useful advice on sizing or styles. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and don’t expect to shop there again.
