I was disappointed with the Freewheel MTB collection. The selection felt limited for the price, and many items seemed just for development purposes, which isn’t ideal for customers. The focus on sustainability is admirable, but it felt more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine commitment. Customer service was slow to respond, adding to my frustration. While the gear may be high-quality, the overall shopping experience left much to be desired. I expected more for my money.

Definitely not worth my time or money.
