I was disappointed with Regency Security Services. While they emphasize strong local management and compliance, the actual service I received was below expectations. The staff seemed undertrained and lacking in professionalism, which raised concerns during our event. Communication was poor; I often struggled to get timely responses regarding our specific needs. Their commitment to community engagement is commendable, but it feels more like a marketing tactic than genuine involvement. Overall, I expected a higher standard based on their claims, but my experience did not reflect that.
