Overhyped, underwhelming product.

I really wanted to love the Litter-Robot, but it’s been more trouble than it’s worth. My cats took ages to adjust, and even then, it wasn't consistent. The odor control promised didn't live up to expectations, and the frequent drawer emptying is a hassle. Additionally, it’s bulky and quite expensive. I’m back to my old litter box. Disappointing.
