Terrible service and confusing website; hard to navigate and frustrating.

I had a frustrating experience with U.S. Bank. The website is messy and hard to follow, so finding straightforward details about personal banking was a challenge. When I reached out for help, customer service wasn’t useful, and sorting through the different accounts took far too long. In the end, banking with them felt like more trouble than it was worth, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
