I was let down by the tools I bought from this brand. They promise durability and precision, but that hasn’t been my experience. The tools didn’t perform as expected and fell short in both sturdiness and ease of use. When I contacted customer service, they were slow to reply and offered little help. After trying several products, I expected better reliability, but ended up frustrated. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend these tools.
