I recently joined this community, hoping to get support for my banking issues, but the experience has been frustrating. The website is confusing, and I encountered multiple login problems. I couldn't find essential information about my accounts, and attempts to contact support have been unsuccessful. The community seems to be disorganized, and the impending shutdown after summer leaves me worried about where to find help in the future. Not impressed!
