DLsite's interface is cluttered and overwhelming. Finding specific genres is frustrating, and the customer service is unresponsive. Disappointing experience.

DLsite has an enormous selection, but it can feel overwhelming and badly organized. Browsing through thousands of titles is frustrating, and the quality is all over the place. Despite the sheer volume, the site could use better curation and more user-friendly features. Overall, a disappointing experience.
